Provincetown, Massachusetts, USA P-town is the genuine paradise with beautiful beaches, small neat galleries, and nice shops. It took about a few hours from Boston to reach P-town where the Pilgrims first landed in 1620. There is the Pilgrim Monument I managed to go up to the top of the tower from which I could command a nice view of the whole P-town. If you do not have enough energy to go up the spiral stairs, you won't be able to enjoy that nice view (as pictured right), as they do not have an elevator inside of the tower. |

I took a trolley along Commercial Street, the main street of P-town, up to the end of the Street. This point is almost the end of Cope Cod. From there I walked onto a long long line of big rocks. I think I trekked on well over 10 minutes. On its way, I wondered a few times if I could go back safe and sound; I then found myself alone with no one there all of a sudden. It was eerily quiet.
Just extremely clear water with one bird I had never seen. |
