As the evening fell on my final day in Assisi, I headed to the western edge of the town, i.e., where the Basilica is located. A lot of people gather there to watch the sun set. |
I stood still to watch the sun setting over the Umbrian Valley. | The last moments I was with the Basilica of San Francesco and with the remains of the sunset lingering on the valley. |
