| While I was in Prague, I visited a few traditional cafes. The best one was Café Slavia on the riverside, established in 1881. Inside was very spacious and stylish. The Prague Castle could be seen from the café. So I had breakfast there two days in a row. |

| Shown left is pancakes I had called Old Czech Shredded Pancake with Forest Berry Sauce, and right is Pancake with Sour Cream, Hot Blackberries, Whipped Cream and Honey. Needless to say, both were more than delicious! | |

And this is The Café Louvre. My impression of it was so huge! Famous historical figures like Einstein and Kafka frequented here. |
