Day 3 |
|
Starting from Palma station at Plaça d'Espanya, I took this vintage wooden train to head for Sóller. | I loved this antique car inside and felt really excited as I waited to depart. | I got an adventurous ride with various landscapes all the way. |
The views were stunning through the olive groves, citrus orchards, and mountains. | There was one long tunnel just before Banya. | And my train stopped at Mirador Pujol d'en Banya for about ten minutes. This actually was a great spot to view the village of Mirador Pujol d'en Banya. A lot of tourist passengers disembarked the train to take photos from there. |
Mirador Pujol d'en Banya seemd to be a very nice place indeed. (I later found that the "Panoramic" train which stops at Mirador Pujol d'en Banya to give passengers the chance to take photos runs only once a day! So I was fortunate.) |
And finally approaching the town of Sóller! | The 60-minute long trip was fun and an adventure. |
