The best night view of Chicago, I believe, would be from the 94th floor of John Hancock Center, Big John at Michigan Avenue. I had paid a visit to the 103rd floor of Sears Tower before, but I like the view from Big John much better. Big John's observatory had changed a lot since I was up here last - it used to be quite simple, but now there are telescopes, a picture shop, and an open-air viewing area where you can feel the Windy City. Dazzling! |
Yes, Aon center, two Pru Plazas look spectacular; however, I was dumbfounded to see an enormous human face slightly moving in an LED screen with water in Millennium Park! This was another new-to-me in the city. A bit scarey at night though... |
